Payment Terms

How payment works

Final Payment	50%	On delivery of completed files
Retainer Billing	100%	First day of each month, in advance

Important Conditions

Minimum 10 products per project. Orders below 10 products will not be accepted.
Different colours of the same SKU are counted as separate products.
Clients must provide clear, well-lit product photos as source material.
2 revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are charged separately.
If a revision is needed because we missed a detail you'd already shared, that round won't be charged.
Standard delivery: 48–60 hours for small projects; bulk timelines confirmed on quote.
Files delivered via Google Drive in agreed formats.
Retainer clients get a fixed monthly content volume, priority turnaround, and a standing creative plan built around your launch calendar — billed monthly in advance.
