Project conditions

• Minimum 5 products per project. Orders below 5 products will not be accepted.
• Different colours of the same SKU are counted as separate products.
• Clients must provide clear, well-lit product photos as source material.
• 2 revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are charged separately.
• If a revision is needed because we missed a detail you'd already shared, that round won't be charged.
• Standard delivery: 72 hours for small projects; bulk timelines confirmed on quote.
• Files delivered via Google Drive in agreed formats.
• Retainer clients get a fixed monthly content volume, priority turnaround, and a standing creative plan built around your launch calendar, billed monthly in advance.
